Fabricator / Welder – Pressure Vessels & Boiler Making



£18+ per hour + occasional overtime

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30am – 5:15pm (4-day week)



The Role



Abbfab Services Ltd are looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder with solid background in pressure vessel fabrication and boiler making. The role involves heavy fabrication work, reading and working from complex engineering drawings, and producing high-quality welds on a variety of materials and thicknesses.



This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled team working on specialist fabrication projects.



Key Responsibilities

Fabrication of pressure vessels, tanks and boiler components



*



MIG / TIG / MMA welding depending on project requirements



*



Working from detailed engineering/technical drawings



*



Heavy plate fabrication, cutting, marking out and assembly



*



Working with stainless steel, carbon steel and thicker materials



*



Ensuring all work meets safety, structural and quality standards



*



Occasional on-site work when required



What We’re Looking For



*



Proven experience in pressure vessel fabrication



*



Experience in boiler making or boiler-room fabrication



*



Strong MIG/TIG/MMA welding skills



*



Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings



*



Confident working with heavy plate and structural welds



*



Reliable, safety-focused and able to work unsupervised



*



Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail



Hours & Pay



*



Monday–Thursday: 7:30am – 5:15pm



*



37 hours per week



*



£18+ per hour



*



Overtime available occasionally



*



Early finish every week (4-day week structure)
