Welder/Fabricator + £31,200 + £ 40,000 OTE (Overtime + Company Bonus) + Monday to Friday

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join their team. The successful candidate will work independently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, ensuring top-quality products for clients. This role involves interpreting technical drawings and fabricating a variety of components.



Key Responsibilities:

Reading technical drawings and taking accurate measurements

Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components

Using hand tools, drills, riveters, and welding equipment

Grinding, finishing, and ensuring components meet quality specifications

Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to specification



Requirements:

Skilled in handling and fabricating a range of metals

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Familiarity with workshop tools and equipment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Understanding of health and safety procedures in a workshop environment



Working Hours:

40 hours per week Monday to Friday
