Fabricator / Welder



Location: Castle Donington

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (40 hours per week)

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm



We’re currently recruiting for a hands-on Fabricator / Welder to join a busy production team in Castle Donington. You’ll be fabricating bespoke parts for a variety of applications, from architectural metalwork to modular structures — no two days are the same.



What you'll be doing:



Welding mild steel components from jigs or drawings



Fabricating bespoke parts using hand tools and workshop machinery



Working to tight tolerances and quality standards



Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area



Assisting other departments as required



What we're looking for:



Fabrication and welding experience (MIG essential, TIG )



Ability to read technical drawings



Good attention to detail and workmanship



Flexible team player with a can-do attitude



What’s on offer:



Up to £14.00 per hour (DOE)



Standard day shift with early finish on Fridays



20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (rising to 25 + 8 after 1 year)



Birthday off after 3 years (if it falls on a weekday)



Annual salary reviews every March
