Fabricator Welder

We’re hiring for a Fabricator Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company in Macclesfield that supplies high-quality fabrications to a variety of key industries.

In this role, you'll be using a range of equipment and welding processes to create bespoke components, ensuring precision and high standards are met.

What’s on offer?

* £18.00 per hour

* Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

* Overtime available

* 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

* A varied role with the opportunity to work on diverse fabrication projects

What will you be doing as a Fabricator Welder?

* Fabricating bespoke items from engineering drawings to exact tolerances

* Working with laser cut profiles, guillotines, band saws, drills, press brakes, hydroform, and rollers

* Welding thin gauge stainless steel, aluminium, and carbon steel using TIG welding

* Ensuring a high standard of cosmetic finish in all welding work

* Assisting in other areas of production when required

* Adhering to Health & Safety regulations and maintaining a professional approach

What do you need?

* Time-served experience in fabrication and welding

* NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds certifications

* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Pipe welding experience (advantageous)

* A flexible approach to work and willingness to work overtime when needed
