About the Role
We are seeking a skilled fabricator with supervisor experience to join our team as a Fabricator w/ Supervisory Responsibilities. This role combines hands-on fabrication work with leadership responsibilities. You will oversee daily shop operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of fabricators and welders.
Key Responsibilities
· Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job travelers
· Perform high-quality fabrication and welding tasks
· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the fabrication team
· Train, mentor, and support junior staff
· Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality, and safety standards
· Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and quality control teams
· Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of tools and materials
· Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Requirements
· 5+ years of fabrication experience
· 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
· Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and shop safety
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
· Excellent communication and team leadership skills
· Experience with shop equipment, tools, and machinery
· High school diploma or equivalent (technical training/certification )
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
Pay: Depending on experience
