Solo Markingis seeking experienced tradespeople to join our growing team. We provide premier pavement marking services throughout Montana and are expanding our sister company,Highway Specialty Equipment, a refurbishing and manufacturing division.

We are looking for skilled individuals who can adapt to a busy schedule, adjust priorities as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. These arefull-time, year-round positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum2 years experiencein fabrication
• Minimum2 years experiencein welding
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Auto maintenance experience a plus
• Auto/electrical wiring experience a plus
• Heavy equipment or automotive fabrication experience a plus
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the company
• Commitment to operating equipment safely and following all policies/procedures
• Ability to read gradations on a tape measure and perform unit conversions (feet/inches)
