Job Title: Fabricator / Assembler

Location: Coleshill

Salary: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (39 hours a week)

Contract Type: Permanent (Temporary contracts also available)

I’m working with a well-established manufacturer who’ve just secured a long-term project and are now looking to expand their modular build team. They need experienced fabricators or hands-on assemblers who can hit the ground running—working from technical drawings to build prefabricated electrical modules with care and precision.



This is a fantastic opportunity to join a solid, forward-thinking business at a key moment. It’s a day shift only role (6am–2pm), which offers great work-life balance, and there’s strong potential for development as the team grows.



What the job involves:

Reading and working from detailed manufacturing drawings

Setting out and installing cable management systems on module frames



*



Measuring, assembling and fixing components accurately



*



Working safely and efficiently in a clean, well-organised environment

Taking pride in your work and contributing to a high-quality end product
