We are actively seeking an experienced, hands-on Fabrication & Welding Foreman to lead our shop operations and ensure the consistent delivery of superior products. Key Responsibilities

• Shop Leadership & Supervision: Directly supervise, coordinate, and lead the daily activities of all welders, fabricators, and apprentices.
• Quality & Standards: Guarantee quality control by inspecting completed work for accuracy, quality, and strict conformance to all specifications and blueprints.
• Production Management: Plan, schedule, and allocate work assignments, materials, and specialized equipment to maintain production schedules and maximize shop efficiency.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Expertly read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specifications to guide the production process.
• Training & Mentorship: Actively train and mentor team members on advanced welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick), safe equipment operation, and best shop practices.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all company and regulatory safety protocols, ensuring a safe, clean, and highly organized work environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operational integrity of all shop equipment, overseeing necessary repairs, calibration, or replacement procurement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless workflow and project execution.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed production records and provide accurate progress reports to management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding, with at least 2+ years in a dedicated supervisory or Foreman role.
• Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes is mandatory.
• Material Expertise: Experience working with various materials including structural steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum is highly .
• Certification: Relevant certification(s), such as AWS (American Welding Society), are highly valued.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, confident communication, and robust problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Bilingual: Must speak English and Spanish
• Logistics: Commitment to maintaining a safe, productive, and highly organized shop environment.
