Job Description:   TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Fabrication Shop Supervisor with minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.  Will be responsible for supervising team of fabricators for plastic piping up to 40 ft.   Must have previous experience 5 years of experience in fabrication in order to have skill to supervise these teams and jump in as needed to production. Will be responsible for maintaining production process schedule and quality control/inspection of materials.  Will supervisor 6-12 employees. Bilingual in Spanish/English is required. Degree is a plus.  Lean experience highly desired.
