Fabrication Supervisor

This position involves overseeing fabrication and welding work on a high-profile project. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience ideally in both disciplines, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.



Key Responsibilities:



Supervising and overseeing fabrication and welding operations in a workshop or site environment

Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards

Providing leadership and guidance to the fabrication and welding teams

Monitoring and controlling project timelines to ensure deadlines are met

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Conducting regular progress meetings and reporting on project status
