I am looking to speak to Assistant Site Manager with experience of Residential RC Frame schemes in South East London.\n\nYou will be joining the team on a large scale residential scheme in South East London ( A stones throw from London Bridge station).\n\nThe Candidate:\n\nThe ideal candidate will be an Assistant Site Manager with a background in delivering residential schemes; able to successfully lead a subcontractors to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality.\n\nYou will excellent externals experience and may be come from a trade background in brickwork or possibly an engineering background.\n\nAbout the business: \n\nLeading Residential Development business\n\t\nExcellent financial position\n\t\nGreat reputation in the industry\n\t\nExcellent opportunities for progression\n\t\nTrack record of promoting from within\n\t\nLong term pipeline of future projects\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\nSalary up to £50,000\n\t\n£5,200 Car Allowance\n\t\nPension\n\t\nBonus\n\t\nChristmas Shutdown\n\t\nExcellent Package
