Export Coordinator

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Transport and Logistics company in Lichfield to recruit for a Import/Export Coordinator



Salary - £28,000



Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - 37.5hrs



25 days holiday plus bank holidays



Daily duties / responsibilities



* Manage import/export operations to/from Belgium



* Plan and schedule daily shipments, consolidating loads efficiently



* Liaise with UK & EU agents, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries/collections



* Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues



* Prepare and manage import documentation in line with current customs regulations



* Prepare and manage export documentation in line with current customs regulations



* Provide excellent customer service and support, keeping clients informed throughout the process, responding to queries in a timely manner



* Invoice customers



* ADR/Hazardous/DGN knowledge advantageous



* Customs / Incoterms knowledge preferable



For this role you will need to have previous experience within a Import or Export role !
