Experienced Tradesperson -Electrical Plumbing Framing

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a hands-on, multi-skilled tradesperson who can work across key trades including framing, light electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry. You’ll be working on active job sites assisting with full remodels, home additions, cabinetry installs, utility rough-ins, and final finishes. This is an ideal role for a motivated builder who takes pride in doing a job right from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frame interior and exterior walls, soffits, and openings to plan

• Run electrical wire, set boxes, and install switches, lights, and outlets

• Assist with water and drain line rough-in and fixture installation. Both copper and PEX water line systems. 

• Install finish carpentry including crown, casing, baseboards, doors, trim, and hardware

• Hang and level cabinets (kitchen, bath, utility) with precision

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and support other trades as needed. We value cleanliness! 

• Read plans, take accurate measurements, and complete work to code

• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Strong Communication. If you see something say something. 

• Heavy equipment operating a plus: skid steer, backhoe, forklift. 

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in general construction or multiple trades

• Skilled in at least two of the following: framing, plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry

• Reliable, self-directed, and takes pride in craftsmanship

• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with project leads and other trades

• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation

• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in active jobsite conditions

• Honest, dependable and hard working
