What You'll Do

• Lead custom home and renovation projects from pre-construction through final walk-through
• Create and manage detailed budgets, schedules, and scopes-delivering on time, on budget, and beyond expectations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, trades, and consultants
• Conduct regular job site visits and meetings to monitor progress, quality, safety, and resolve issues proactively
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance with local building codes (including coastal and regional requirements)
• Report directly to ownership and collaborate on best practices and business growth

What We're Looking For

• 5-8+ years of experience managing high-end custom residential construction projects
• Proven success in budgeting, scheduling, client relations, and team leadership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong technical knowledge of luxury homebuilding methods, codes, and coastal permitting
• Comfortable using Buildertrend, Procore, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout the Tri-Counties region
