Experienced Printing Machine Operator

As an Experienced Printing Machine Operator, you will run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring smooth operations through job set-up, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues, and delivering top-quality results. This role is vital to meeting customer demands and expanding our skilled team.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging or related industries

• Proven mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs

• Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines ()

What We Offer

• Work schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday (with Friday overtime as needed)

  • Day Shift: 6:15 AM – 4:35 PM

  • No weekends!
