Our client, one of the oldest and most respected pool companies in Oklahoma, is seeking a Pool Construction Helper to join their team. This organization is built on strong values, leadership, and integrity. Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may fluctuate based on business needs)


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and complete daily tasks from the Site Foreman
  • Assist with pool layout and preparation prior to excavation
  • Support excavation activities and operate tools and equipment as trained
  • Assist with installation of plumbing, pool hydraulics, valves, fixtures, tile, and equipment pads
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Remove debris and dispose of materials properly
  • Operate hand and power tools such as measuring tapes, screw guns, saws, and grinders
  • Assist with final project completion tasks and cleanup
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with homeowners
  • Follow all company safety procedures and standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license required
  • Pool Construction and outdoor labor experience
  • Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
  • Ability to safely operate heavy machinery and power tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and work effectively within a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged standing throughout the shift
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs at times
  • Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment
  • Ability to multitask throughout the workday
