Capps Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. is seeking a motivated Experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team of plumbers in Wheeling, IL. This is a full-time position offering a stable schedule, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment. Pay: We provide our Experienced Plumbing Service Technicians with competitive compensation along with commission and bonuses, allowing top performers to earn up to $50 per hour. You'll also benefit from a paid training program that offers apprenticeship assistance, licensing, and ongoing education. Additionally, you'll receive compensation for drive time, access to a company vehicle with on-site fuel and maintenance, a company phone and tablet, as well as provided uniforms that are professionally laundered.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time plumber position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation. All technicians report to our central Wheeling location before dispatching to service areas.

YOUR DAY

In this position, you'll start your day at our central Wheeling, IL location before heading out to job sites across the service area. You'll diagnose and repair plumbing systems, ensuring every project meets state and local codes. Using your expertise and technical knowledge, you'll confidently handle tools and materials to complete installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Equally important, you'll provide outstanding customer service-explaining solutions, answering questions, and earning the trust of our clients. Every day, your work will directly contribute to keeping homes and businesses running smoothly.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid driver's license
• 24+ months of experience on an apprentice card
• Knowledge of trade tools, equipment, and materials
• Knowledge of state and local codes

A journeyman plumbing license and experience with ServiceTitan are for this plumber position!
