Fritch, Inc., a team of expert heating and cooling professionals dedicated to providing the best solution and service to our customers, has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. You will travel to each customer’s location install new systems and ensure they are running smoothly. We work with both commercial and residential customers. Our ideal candidate can work independently.

HVAC Installation Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose HVAC system deficiencies
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

HVAC Installation Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency in refrigerants is required
• Proficient with hand tools including volt-ohm multimeter to perform electrical troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work overtime when required
• Good written and verbal communication skills
