Job DescriptionJob Description

Monitors HVAC systems and operations and ensures that

routine preventive maintenance is performed according to established schedules and standard

Responds to service calls; troubleshoots and resolves issues

Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Completes and returns same-day service and material tickets to office staff.

Shows up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.

Must be able to work some nights, weekends and holidays.

Valid NJ driver's license with clean driving record.

High School diploma , GED or equivalent; 3-5 years of related work experience.

Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers with professionalism and respect.

Boiler, Weil McLean Ultra Boiler, and/or plumbing experience highly desirable.
