Do you have a decade or more of hands-on HVAC experience and a passion for tackling tough service calls? Town & Country Heating and Cooling is looking for a Senior Service Technician to help support our growing customer base. Were especially interested in those who thrive on solving complex problems and working with a variety of systems.

What Youll Do

This isnt an entry-level rolewere looking for a technician who can confidently take on:

• Advanced diagnostics and in-depth troubleshooting
• Boilers, mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems
• Residential and commercial HVAC systems (under 20 tons)

Compensation

• $32$40 per hour, depending on experience and skillset
• Bonus and commission opportunities available
