Experienced HVAC Parts Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable individual who is interested in a long term career opportunity working in an office setting. The position is fulltime Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM. This position does require the availability to work overtime (compensated at time and a half). This position does require elevated computer and phone skills, as well as a technical background in HVAC, previous HVAC parts coordinator experience or previous HVAC vendor sales experience.

Position Responsibilities

As a Parts Coordinator for Grove HVAC you will be expected to perform the following on a daily basis:

• Manage, price, order, track, and coordinate all new and return parts and repairs for service department.
• Answering and Managing Telephones with Multiple Lines
• Answer incoming customer inquiries about scheduling, billing questions, and general repair concerns
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Assisting Customers Calling/Emailing for Information on repair concerns
• Perform General Clerical Duties (Including but Not Limited): Faxing, Mailing, Filing, Copying
• Create & Modify Documents Using Microsoft Office (Primarily in Word or Excel)
• Invoice and Paperwork Processing
• Supporting an Office Staff in Assigned Project Based Work
• Other Duties as Assigned & Misc. Data Entry

The Qualified Candidate

• Five (5) years experience in HVAC related position
• Prompt, Reliable, & Dependable
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Multitask & Coordinate Projects in a Fast Paced Environment
• Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Professional Demeanor & Appearance
• Reliable Transportation
• Able to Pass a Criminal Background Evaluation & Drug Screening

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 per hour
