The Kamco Supply of New England, Liverpool, NY, Branch is looking for a Full-Time Experienced Estimator/Project Manager, for Division 8 Commercial Doors and/or Division 10 Specialties.

In this role, the ideal candidate will have a full understanding of Kamco's Division 8 scopes which encompass hollow metal doors, wood doors, frames, and hardware AND/OR have a full understanding of Kamco's Division 10 Specialties scopes which encompass bathroom partitions, accessories, lockers, closets, signage, wall protection, etc.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Use phone and email to communicate with customers.
• Run a job from take off to completion.
• Complete take offs and read construction plans.
• Create quotes, bids, and sales orders.
• Ability to communicate with vendors to receive pricing for material.
• Create POs and purchase material.
• Self-starter who is sales motivated.
• Handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Estimate, bid and manage install opportunities with subcontractors and in house full time installers.

Experience / Knowledge:

• Minimum 5+ years of estimating and project management experience in commercial work.
• Knowledge to find errors in specs and communicated that to customers when needed.
• Industry knowledge of different type of manufacturers and vendors.
• Knowledge of industry software (ProCore, Building Connect, Software for Hardware, Planswift, etc) .
