Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of commercial pools and spas.
• Monitor water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed to maintain safe levels.
• Inspect pool equipment and report any repairs or replacements required.
• Ensure compliance with local and state health regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns.
• Document maintenance activities and service records accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new team members on pool maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial pool maintenance experience.
• Valid Florida Pool/Spa Service Contractor License .
• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
