Responsibilities
Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment
Measure, mix, and transfer raw materials according to production formulas
Follow all

safety procedures , PPE requirements, and chemical handling protocols
Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, and production output
Complete production logs,

batch records , and required documentation
Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors
Qualifications

Previous experience as a

Chemical Operator for a minimum of 3 months
Ability to safely work around chemicals and follow strict safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to

50 lbs

and stand for extended periods
