We are seeking Experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Management team in the Gastonia/Belmont, NC area!! Working Interviews with Weekly Paychecks

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and NO on-call OR weekends!!
Pay Rate: $18 - 20/hr+ - PAID WEEKLY Pay range is dependent on experience!

***Responsibilities as a Tech:

• Possess strong experience in the following tasks:
• • Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
  • Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
  • Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
  • Appliances - help with the installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs
• Ensure all work orders and turns are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Estimate time and extent of repairs and report back findings to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Perform routine preventive maintenance

***Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• EPA - HVAC - CPO certification
• Minimum 1 year experience in property management- apartments, hotels or residential
• Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to the site daily; do not leave at the property
• Must have reliable means of transportation - attendance and punctuality are imperative
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
