Executive Project Manager in Miami

Job Description

We are seeking a senior Executive Project Manager to oversee the delivery of bespoke interior, cabinetry and furniture projects across luxury residential and hospitality sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment where quality, detail, and service are paramount.

You will manage complex, high-value projects from concept through to installation—coordinating in-house design and production teams, coordinating timelines, managing clients and internal workflows, and ensuring flawless execution on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of specialist interior packages and custom build projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and design intent are met

\n

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout each project lifecycle

\n

• Create and manage project timelines, installation schedules, and progress reporting

\n

• Oversee procurement and logistics, coordinating with fabricators and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of custom components

\n

• Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues with a solution-oriented mindset

\n

• Work closely with the creative team to translate design vision into executable project plans

\n

• Maintain documentation, contracts, and cost tracking for each project

\n

Requirements

• Experience working in a construction project management capacity, with a strong background in interior fit out.

\n

• Strong organisational and time management skills - able to juggle multiple complex timelines and stakeholders.

\n

• Excellent communication skills and a polished, client-facing manner.

\n

• A proactive, hands-on attitude and comfort managing on-site installation work.

\n

• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation.

\n

• A passion for craftsmanship, detail, and delivering outstanding built environments.
