Learn more about Triumph on: Our Supply Chain in Chennai is looking for aExecutive - Industrial Engineering Your Responsibilities:Improve efficiencyTo Maintain good 6S condition on the production floorTo improve the Plant efficiency by work-study techniques using Capacity study & time studyEngage the entire team and support departments in eliminating losses and improving efficiency.Maintain TPP of downtime for each line and drive to eliminateDerive Action plan and Follow up on Operators whose minutes are < 300Ensure proper hand holding of OJT operators ( proper training with quality )Project minutes and OEE for two weeks based on the loading planEffectivenessIdentify bottlenecks & fix the issues – ( Man / Machine /Method / Material )Prepare Work Distribution Plan (WDP), check on the layout plan and machinery utilization / availability.Ensure style change is as per QCO schedule.Ensure layout of line is as per the style change over planEnsure updating of skill matrix periodicallyEvaluate experience operator’s skill during recruitment Your ideal profile:Should be from south Chennai or in and around 15kms from factory.from garment/apparel sector 5 years of total experience and 2 years intimate apparel manufacturing.Bachelor’s degree in IE or MEnot more than 30 yrs.
