Vacancy EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES Description Assist in day to day human resource operations for company. Tasks & Responsibilities 1.Assist to implement human resource policies and keep the policies under constant review. Recommend changes designed to improve the human resource practices. 2.Responsible for administers, co-ordinate all matters regarding work permit application and / or renewal and any other foreign worker matters. 3.Responsible to administer and co-ordinate matter relevant to Industrial Relation & Staff grievance.4.Conduct Interview & shortlist of potential candidate for department head for selection. To organize and conduct orientation programs for new hires. 5.Assist to conduct TNA, design, planning, coordinate, delivery and evaluation for training & development in meeting latest ISO requirements. 6.Responsible for payroll input and to ensure that the payroll is accurate and delivered in timely manner. Prepare monthly costing reports to the Finance Department. Verify annual increment, bonus and monthly salary for employees. 7.Administer performance appraisal review for employee’s confirmation and yearly appraisal in the company. 8.To liaison with relevant authorities namely Labour Department, KWSP, SOCSO & Immigration and etc if needs arise. 9.Responsible to administer, coordinates general administration duties and ensure it is in order. To assist in safety committee chairman to organize the safety meeting and prepare safety minutes. 10.Prepare HR reports in accurate and timely for management review. 11.Any other job/task that assigned by your superior from time to time.
