Job Description

Our client, a global investment firm, is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant who can take on the responsibility of supporting a lovely, approachable MD and team of four.

Main duties include:

\n\n

    \n\t
  • Managing shifting calendars
  • \n\t

  • Coordinating  international travel, including flights, accommodation and visas 
  • \n\t

  • Organising and facilitating meetings on behalf of the team
  • \n\t

  • Full team expenses reconciliation 
  • \n\t

  • Coordinating with other teams both internally and externally
  • \n

\n\n

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and a keen eye for detail. As this is a Temp to Perm position you will need to be available at one to two weeks' notice. December start date.
