Excavator - Equipment Operator

Job DescriptionJob Description

Perform or assist in the performance of all tasks related to new home construction, additions, and remodels, including, but not limited to carpentry, finish carpentry, framing, siding, painting, electrical, plumbing, roofing, drywall, and flooring.

Normal work week: Monday - Friday - 40 hours

Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in the construction field
• Able to read instructions/blueprints/tape measure
• Able to work well in a team or perform tasks alone
• Able to work without close supervision
• Able to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Able to climb up and down ladders and scaffolding
• Able to operate all types of hand and power tools
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry materials weighing 50+ lbs.
• Able to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Will be required to load and unload construction materials and clean up job sites
• Must have own small hand tools

Licenses:

• Driver's license ()

Travel:

• Required (to various job sites)

Pay:

• $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
