Events Project Manager IV

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Business Professional Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Events Project Manager IV”.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage Cvent Flex registration websites, including Attendee Hub and mobile app setup for multi-track events.
• Import complex agendas and attendee data from Excel to configure personalized schedules.
• Create and schedule targeted email communications; manage the event inbox and attendee queries.
• Set up and manage multi-hotel room blocks within Cvent, ensuring accurate inventory and attendee assignment.
• Configure and send push notifications for in-app updates during events.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Cvent Flex, Attendee Hub, and mobile app tools.
• Strong experience in agenda mapping, email scheduling, and hotel block management within Cvent.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience managing end-to-end event builds in Cvent .

Additional Information:

• Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077 (Hybrid – 3 days in office).
• Assignment Duration: Contract to hire
• Pay range: $75-$100/hr. on W2

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
