Job Description

Office based in Surrey

Hybrid 1 day per week onsite

Full-time, Monday to Friday (some evenings for virtual events)

BA Degree required

Up to £19 per hour

ASAP start till the end of year with possible extension to early 2026

MUST BE ABLE TO START A ROLE IMMEDIATELY

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the operational delivery of events from start to finish including registration set-up and management, coordination with internal stakeholders on delivery specifications, and day-of execution.
• Train program partners conferences processes and resources (registration and delivery technologies, registration protocols and online resources).
• Identify and create new ways to engage with our audiences using feedback on previous conferences/events to continue to enhance the customer experience.
• Seek and determine new operational efficiencies to drive further scale across large volume of events.
• Liaise with global conferences teams on process changes and improvements across the team.
• Perform special projects to further event product and workflow.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years experience in large scale conference/event planning
• Ability to travel within the UK and Europe
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage up and work with senior stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving flair
• A passion for event planning and innovation
