Job Description

Events Manager role in a top international law firm. Initial 12 month FTC maternity cover role. London based with at least 2 days in a week.

Ideally a January start date. \n\n This international law firm, with an events team of 5, is a recruiting an Events Manager to cover a maternity cover, ideally starting in January. The role will support the Senior Events Manager on the day to day events operations, primarily focusing on external client events.

The role will also have the support of an Events Assistant. \n\n Management of corporate sponsorships and associated events; Delivering a range of client events, including seminars, networking drinks, dinners, etc; Ensuring delivery of corporate hospitality with the support of the Events Assistant and Events Executive; Ensuring event data is accurate on the CRM, InterAction; Maintaining and building relationships with event suppliers and venues across the UK. \n\n\n This role would suit a confident events professional with experience of the legal sector or wider professional services.

Ideally candidates will have experience using a CRM database and be knowledgeable of the UK and London events market.
