Job Summary

If so, we want to meet you! We are seeking anEvent Marketing & Operations Managerto organize and lead various wellness events. As the Event Manager, you will ensure events are not only a hit with our customers but also cost-effective with a strong return on investment. The ideal candidate is outgoing and energetic with strong management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize all elements of event logistics
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and interest
• Create event budget and maintain strict adherence to it
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Hire event staff
• Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations
• Evaluate the outcome of events and provide upper management with report and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an events manager
• Skilled in project management
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Excellent organizational skills
• A knack for problem-solving

• A team player with leadership skills
• Bachelors degree in public relations, marketing, hospitality management or a related field is preferred
