Evening Janitor & Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Janitor & Maintenance Technician to clean and maintain all dealership departments. This role is essential to upholding our professional image and ensuring smooth operations during business hours.

Responsibilities

Janitorial Tasks:

• Clean and sanitize showroom floors, offices, restrooms,customer lounge.  
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, and dust all designated areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins; transport waste to disposal areas
• Maintain cleanliness of entryways and exterior walkways
• Restock restroom supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Clean service department write up lane.
• Clean service department shop and bays.

Maintenance Tasks:

• Perform minor repairs (light bulbs, fixtures, basic plumbing)
• Report facility issues to management (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Assist with seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal, salting walkways)
• Maintain janitorial equipment and ensure safe storage of supplies

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
