Commercial Fire Sprinkler Estimator or Designer – up to £70K depending on experience\n\nThe Role:\n\n * You will be in the position of Senior Sprinkler System Estimator (Commercial).\n\n * The role involves collaborating and liaising with project managers, project engineers and subcontractors.\n\n * You will review and understand the technical requirements of projects.\n\n * Responsibility for preparing cost estimates and proposals tailored to each project.\n\n * Measuring and Quantifying Sprinkler Heads, Pipework, etc.\n\n * Carry Out Site Surveys as Required.\n\n * Cost and Assess Values of Contracts.\n\n * Send Enquiries to Supply Chain.\n\n * Prepare Tender Documentation, Presentations and Submittals.\n\n * Mentor Department Trainees.\n\n * You should be familiar with basic LCPB regulations.\n\n * You will have managerial responsibilities if desired and if you have the relevant level of experience.\n\n * This can be a hybrid role.\n\n * The office is based in Crawley, West Sussex.\n\nThe ideal candidate must have:\n\n * Previous Experience Within the Construction Industry and With Basic Knowledge of MEP Services.\n\n * You should have been a Senior Sprinkler System Estimator, Sprinkler Installation Estimating Engineer or a similar position.\n\n * At least 5 years’ Experience working on Commercial Sprinkler Projects.\n\n * LPCB qualifications would be highly beneficial to your application.\n\n * Proficiency with CAD software is highly preferable.\n\n * Familiarity of BSEN12845 is Required
