We are currently seeking a professional and personable Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This full-time position is typicllay scheduled Monday through Friday and plays a key role in delivering the exceptional experience our clients expect by conducting free in-home estimates serving as a trusted first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home estimates and provide detailed quotes for residential cleaning services

• Deliver top-notch customer service both in-person and over the phone

• Communicate clearly with clients, office staff, and cleaning teams

• Understand client needs and offer customized service solutions

• Use company software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage appointments and client data

Qualifications:

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Bilingual (Spanish)

• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check

• Previous experience in customer service or sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player with the ability to work independently

• Comfortable using MS Office tools and scheduling software
