Location: Commutable to Portsmouth



Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000neg + bonus tbc

The role of the Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:



* Estimator position dealing with various commercial and industrial roofing and cladding systems such as; rainscreen, standing seam, architectural wall panels, built up metal roofing & cladding, composite roofs & walls



* Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements



* Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required



* Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices



* Carrying out site surveys as and when required



* Producing formal quotations to clients



* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database



* Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors



* Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met



* Estimating for projects ranging in value from £20k up to circa £2.5m



The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Systems with:



* Must have estimating experience within the commercial or industrial roofing and cladding market sector



* Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team



* High levels of organisation and excellent time management



* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal



* Excellent analytical and numerical skills



* Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
