Estimator – Roofing & Cladding\n\nLondon (Remote Working with Monthly Office Meeting)\n\nAre you a detail-driven Estimator with solid experience in roofing and cladding? Do you want to join an up-and-coming contractor where you can genuinely grow with the business?\n\nThis ambitious and fast-developing contractor in the industrial façade sector has built a strong and loyal client base and continues to secure high-profile contracts. With a growing order book and clear plans for expansion, they are seeking an experienced Estimator who wants long-term progression — not just another role.\n\nThe company’s head office is based in London, with remote working available and a monthly office meet-up to maintain collaboration and team cohesion.

This offers flexibility while still being part of a close-knit and ambitious commercial team.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will take ownership of pricing and tendering for key roofing and cladding contracts, playing a pivotal role in the company’s continued commercial growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Prepare accurate, competitive, and commercially sound estimates\n\n * \n\n Interpret performance specifications, drawings, BOQs, and budgets to compile complete tenders\n\n * \n\n Liaise with clients to clarify technical and commercial queries\n\n * \n\n Obtain and analyse pricing from suppliers and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Coordinate with internal teams to establish labour rates and bespoke system requirements\n\n * \n\n Ensure all tenders are submitted professionally and within deadlines\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n Minimum 3 years’ estimating experience within roofing and cladding\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of industrial façade systems\n\n * \n\n Proficient in Causeway or similar estimating software\n\n * \n\n High level of commercial awareness and attention to detail\n\n * \n\n Strong IT, numerical, and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n Clear communicator who performs well under pressure\n\n * \n\n Stable career history and a genuine desire to grow with a developing contractor\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n £45,000 – £65,000 salary (negotiable depending on experience)\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to grow with an expanding contractor\n\n * \n\n Remote flexibility with structured monthly collaboration\n\n * \n\n Long-term career progression\n\n * \n\n Supportive, forward-thinking leadership team\n\nIf you're an experienced roofing and cladding Estimator looking for flexibility, progression, and the opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious contractor, this is a role worth exploring
