ESTIMATING POSITIONJob descriptionCompany DescriptionQuaker Mechanical is a Union based Mechanical company specializing in Commercial &Industrial HVAC & Process Piping in the Southern New Jersey and Eastern PennsylvaniaRegions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical HVAC Estimator at QuakerMechanical located in Cinnaminson, NJ. The role will involve estimating HVAC projects,managing budgets, and working on commercial and industrial process piping systemestimates. This candidate will work with Subcontractors and Vendors to formulatecompetitive estimates.Qualifications HVAC, Mechanical, Refrigerant & Process Piping Estimating Skills Experience in Estimating and Budgeting minimum 3 years Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant certifications in HVAC estimating a plus Strong organizational skills Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft, FastPipe, Outlook, Excel Field experience or Engineering education is a plus
