Renewable EPC Projects

Location: Houston, TX - 2727 North Loop West

About the Role: We are seeking an Estimator to lead cost estimating and heavy bidding for large-scale renewable EPC projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HeavyBid or Procore, and Excel, and is skilled in managing multi-year design and construction projects.

Requirements:

5+ years estimating or project controls experience on EPC projects.

Proficiency in HeavyBid or Procore, and Excel is required.

Experience in renewable energy EPC projects (solar, wind, BESS).

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates for labor, equipment, and subcontractor scopes.

Lead bid process for solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects.

Track project costs, contracts, and documentation using Procore.

Analyze and maintain cost databases, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

Collaborate with engineers and project teams to improve processes.
