Now led by the third , they operate across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, aviation, and infrastructure. Projects typically range from £1m–£10m, though the company regularly takes on larger and more complex schemes across the UK.



About the Role



We are working alongside a reputable RC Frame and Groundwork contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex structural and civils packages across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. As part of their ongoing expansion, our client is seeking a Senior Estimator with a deep understanding of reinforced concrete methodologies, temporary works, and ground engineering. This role will involve preparing accurate and competitive tenders, analysing subcontractor packages, and supporting pre-construction planning to secure future workload. It's a strategic opportunity for an experienced Estimator looking to contribute to a commercially driven, technically capable team.



About the requirements



* Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a RC Frame sub-contractor



* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects



* Ability to utilise IT equipment effectively and adapt to new Software technologies



* Working knowledge of various forms of contract



* Degree Educated within a construction related field
