Estimator – RC Frame and Groundworks\n\nLondon\n\n£80,000 - £100,000 + Package / Benefits\n\nAbout the company\n\nOur client is a long-established, family-run specialist subcontractor based in West London, delivering reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, enabling works, and civil engineering services. Now led by the third , they operate across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, aviation, and infrastructure. Projects typically range from £1m–£10m, though the company regularly takes on larger and more complex schemes across the UK.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are working alongside a reputable RC Frame and Groundwork contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex structural and civils packages across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

As part of their ongoing expansion, our client is seeking a Senior Estimator with a deep understanding of reinforced concrete methodologies, temporary works, and ground engineering. This role will involve preparing accurate and competitive tenders, analysing subcontractor packages, and supporting pre-construction planning to secure future workload. It's a strategic opportunity for an experienced Estimator looking to contribute to a commercially driven, technically capable team.\n\nAbout the requirements\n\n * Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a RC Frame sub-contractor\n\n * Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects\n\n * Ability to utilise IT equipment effectively and adapt to new Software technologies\n\n * Working knowledge of various forms of contract\n\n * Degree Educated within a construction related field\n\nAbout the Benefits and Rewards\n\nSalary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.\n\nPackages includes:\n\n * Travel allowance\n\n * Bonus scheme\n\n * Pension\n\n * Laptop\n\n * Phone etc.\n\nPlease apply online or contact Bradley at Cityscape for more information
