In this pivotal role, you'll be the quarterback of projects, from initial client contact to the final pour. You'll leverage your expertise to assess job sites, craft winning bids, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your Mission:

• Conquer Job Sites: Conduct thorough site assessments, becoming the expert on every project's unique challenges and opportunities, with a focus on asphalt and concrete applications.

• Craft Winning Bids: Harness your estimating prowess to calculate materials, measurements, and pricing, creating compelling proposals that secure new business in the asphalt and concrete sector.

• Orchestrate Project Success: Coordinate scheduling, subcontractors, and client approvals with precision, ensuring seamless project execution for asphalt and concrete projects.

• Be the Client Champion: Manage change orders, navigate field adjustments, and maintain crystal-clear communication, fostering long-term client partnerships.

• Drive Financial Performance: Handle invoicing and financial tracking with meticulous attention to detail, contributing directly to our bottom line.

• Collaborate and Lead: Partner effectively with field crews, customers, and vendors, providing guidance and fostering a positive team environment.
