About the Role

Hispanic Ventures, Inc. is a local, center City, Philadelphia company formed in 1984 as a quality commercial painting and wallcoveirng contractor. Since then, Hispanic Ventures Inc. has made its mark in the industry, becoming one of the larger contractors in the area.

Currently we are selaing an Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The right canditate should possess the following qualifications:

* Ability to review plans and architectural drawings.

* Prepare estimates and cost proposals using takeoff software.

* Capacity to follow up on bids, while developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients.

* Ability to prepare submittal packages, budgets and closeout documents.

The right canditate should also retain the following skill sets:

* Ability to work with a team.

* Have strong time management skills.

* Be able to multi-task and priortize responsibilities.

* Be self-motivated and organized.

* Have effective written and oral communication skills.

Other Estimator/Project Manager duties to include:

* Develop RFI's and document clarifications.

* Attend on site Project Meetings, company events, and walk throughs.

* Convey complete project estimate and scope to field project team.

Qualifications

Minimum education requirements:
Associate degree preferably in Construction Engineering or Management.

Willing to train the right candidate.
