Roofing Estimator and Project Manager

-Full Time

-Year round work

-Paid every Friday with direct deposit option

Note, this position is 100% commission.

Responsibilities

This position has two components:

Estimating Duties
Estimate appointments are pre scheduled and assigned each morning. A company truck will be provided to complete estimate appointments onsite with customers. You will complete a roofing bid using our computer system. Training will be provided on our system and a company laptop will be provided.

Project Manager Duties
-Ordering materials and scheduling delivery
-Collecting signed contracts and down payments on sold jobs
-Daily communication with customers
-Daily communication with our team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of roofing sales experience
• Must be able to take direction and then work independently.
• Be on time (tardiness will not be accepted)
• Be a quick learner and show a sense of urgency when working.
• Work well with others.
• Candidates need to be able to be self-starters, yet take direction from supervisor.
