Job Title: Estimator / Project Manager

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Type: Full-Time | On-site

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in State, municipal, or commercial construction
• Proficient in digital takeoff software + Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
• Familiar with HCSS Heavy Bid/Heavy Job ()
• Bachelor’s in civil engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong communication, task management, and field coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Bridge, Grade, and Drain quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• Oversee project execution and client relationships
• Collaborate with field teams, superintendents, and Area Manager
• Support billing, documentation, and final payment processes
