KAMEX Inc., a reputable general contractor in the construction industry, is seeking a qualified Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in estimating and project management within the construction sector.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction estimating and project management.
• A four-year college degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is but not required.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, bidding procedures, and cost analysis.
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, and budget management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including estimating and project management tools.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates.
• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to completion.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
