Network Services- Estimator Pre-Construction – Cabling, AV and Security:

Role: This role reports to the Pre-Construction Manager

Location: Denver, CO.
\n
\n
Pay: $60,000-$80,000/yearly depending on experience
\n
\n

Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the Estimator Pre-Construction as outlined below, and any additional duties as required/assigned by the Pre Construction manager. This employee should have a high level of knowledge with MS Excel, Word and Bluebeam. RCDD or equivalent certification is desired but not required. Must have min of 5 years’ experience in Structured Cabling, Audio Visual and/or Security. Experience in the form of field installation is .

- Monitor new bid opportunities and work with the management team to identify targets.
- Prepare complete estimates including review of all specifications.
- Work with our distribution channel to secure project pricing.
- Prepare project proposals including scope of work narratives and pricing responses.

- Suggest improvement processes for the preconstruction group.
- Assist Project Managers with change order pricing when needed.
