Estimator- Plumbing/HVAC

We are seeking a detail- oriented Estimator with Plumbing and HVAC experience. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and experience estimating for industrial, institutional, municipal, and commercial construction projects. 

Full Time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

• Compensation: $90,000-$100,000/year
• Benefits: Health, Dental Life, Insurance, Paid time off, 401k matching

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain pricing
• Coordinate and collaborate with Project Managers
• Conduct detailed project turnover meetings with Project Managers upon award
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates using Quickpen Computer Estimating software
• Ensure all estimates comply with project safety requirements, scheduling constraints, and bid form specifications
• Meet deadlines for bid submissions and internal milestones

Qualifications:

• Proven experience estimating Plumbing and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with Industrial, Institutional, Municipal, and Commercial Construction
• Proficient with Quickpen or similar estimating software
• Strong understanding of construction safety, scheduling, and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
